祛脂降糖方治疗2型糖尿病200例

目的：观察祛脂降糖方治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法：用自拟祛脂降糖方治疗2型糖尿病患者100例,并与用降糖舒治疗的100例做对照,30d为1疗程,2疗程后对比疗效。结果：两组症状均得到明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗前后,治疗组和对照组血糖,尿糖明显降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,但组间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;治疗组治疗后血脂明显下降（P〈0.01）,治疗组降脂作用优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组有效率为93%,对照组有效率为66%。结论：祛脂降糖方治疗2型糖尿病有确切疗效。

Clinical Study of 200 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Treated by Qu Zhi Jiang Tang Formula

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Qu Zhi Jiang Tang Formula in treating type-2 diabetes.Methods：100 patients of type 2 diabetes were treated with Qu Zhi Jiang Tang Formula and another 100 patients were treated with Jiang Tang Shu as the control group.RESULTS：Symptoms in both groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）;blood sugar,urine sugar decreased significantly the treatment group and control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）before and after treatment,but there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）;lipid of treatment group decreased significantly（P〈0.01）before and after treatment,the lipid-decreasing effect of the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）;effective rate in the treatment group was 93% and effective rate in the control group was 66%.Conclusion：Qu Zhi Jiang Tang Formula has genuine effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
