| 摘 要： | 目的研究补阳还五汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察补阳还五汤对脑缺血再灌注24h后大鼠行为动作评分、脑梗塞面积、脑梗塞率、脑含水量以及脑组织NO、NOS、MDA、SOD等影响。结果补阳还五汤可以明显改善大鼠因中动脉缺血所致的行为学障碍;明显缩小脑梗塞面积,降低梗塞率;降低脑组织含水量;同时可以降低脑内NO和NOS的含量,增加SOD含量。结论补阳还五汤对于中动脉阻断脑缺血中风模型大鼠有明显的改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study protective effects of Buyang-Huanwu decoction for cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in the model rat. Methods Establishment of middle artery occlusion focal cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury model in rats, to observe the effects of Buyang-Huanwu decoction on ischemia-induced barriers to behavior, cerebral ischemia area, rate of infarction, water content of brain tissue, content of NO, NOS, MDA, and SOD in brain tissue in 24 h. Results Buyang-Huanwu decoction could significantly improve ischemiainduced barriers to behavior, reduce the cerebral ischemia areas, decrease the rate of infarction and decrease water content of brain tissue .At the same time, Bu-yang-huan-wu soup could decrease the content of NO and NOS, meanwhile, increase the content of SOD in brain tissue. Conclusion Buyang-Huanwu decoction had significant improvd to middle artery occlusion cerebral ischemia injury stroke rats. |
