| 摘 要： | 对《内经》酒疗养生方法和特点进行了系统总结、分析。认为《内经》对酒性的认识,是酒疗养生的理论基础;其中关于酒疗应用的记载,是古人长期实践经验的总结;在应用酒疗养生之法时,应注意顺酒性、助酒势、借酒力。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the methods and characteristics of preserving health through wine therapy in Neijing were systematically summarized and analyzed.The author considers that the wine characteristics recognized in Neijing is the theoretical basis for health preserving through wine therapy,the records about the application of wine therapy is the summarization of long-term practical experience of the ancients.We should pay attention to conform to the characteristics of wine,boost the trend of wine and capitalize on the strength of wine when using the method of wine therapy to preserve health. |
