舒筋法结合松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床观察

目的：观察舒筋法结合松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法：舒筋法第一步采用肩前上臂扌衮推法,第二步采用肩外腋后扌衮推法,第三步采用全息穴位点按法;松动术第一步采用孟肱关节松动,第二步采用肩锁关节松动。以上治疗每日1次,7次为1疗程,一般治疗2疗程。结果：治愈43例,好转33例,有效率100%。结论：筋舒法结合松动术治疗肩周炎疗效肯定。

The Effect of the Shujin Method Combined with Losening in Treating Periarthritis

Objective：To observe the effect of the Shujin method combined with losening in treating periarthritis. Methods：The first step of Shujin law pushed is the shoulder before the upper arm method,the second step is pushing the shoulder after axillary method using holographic acupoints The third step is pushing cave. Mobilization techniques step is Meng brachial joint mobilization,another by Shoulder acromioclavicular joint loosening. More than 1 times per day,7 times is a course,the general treatment of two courses. Results：43 patients were cured,33 cases improved,the rate of efficiency is 100%. Conclusion：The combination of loose tendon Shu method is effective in treating frozen shoulder.
