疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎临床研究

目的：观察疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例予疏肝和胃汤,对照组60例予莫沙必利、法莫替丁,疗程28d。结果：两组有效率分别为95.0%、78.3%;胃镜下疗效有效率分别为91.7%、70.0%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：疏肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎可明显改善临床症状,促进黏膜修复,有较好临床疗效。

The Clinical Observation of Disperse the Depressed Liver-energy and Stomach-Regulating Decoction on 60 Cases of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of disperse the depressed liver-energy and Stomach-Regulating Decoction to treat reflux esophagitis. Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control. The treatment were treated in disperse the depressed liver-energy and Stomach -Regulating Decoction and the control in mosapride and famotidine. 28 days was 1 course of treatment. Results：the total effective rate was 95. 0% and 78. 3% in the 2 groups and the total effective rate of gastroscope was 91. 7% and 70. 0%. There was significant difference in 2 groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：the disperse the depressed liver-energy and Stomach-Regulating Decoction had the obviously improve clinical symptom and advance mucosa reparation to reflux esophagitis.
