昆山市贯彻落实职业病防治法的情况

目的切实做好相关法律法规的宣传工作,使企业法人、领导重视,职业病防治意识提高;使企业职业卫生管理者管理措施、管理水平得到有效提升;劳动者职业病防护,维权意识有效增强。方法通过分阶层的集中式培训、重点企业定期走访、主要公共场所和重点区域的巡回图片展以及新闻媒体的宣传相结合,使全市相关企业的法人、职业卫生管理人员、劳动者及其亲属均能获得相关的职业病防治知识。结果建设项目职业卫生审查数逐年上升,截至10月份,昆山市已完成职业卫生审查38个;职业病防治相关举报明显增多,截至11月5日,已受理投诉34起;职业病危害事故发生明显减少,今年未曾发生一起职业病危害事故。结论只有加大投入,多部门合作,通过多途径、多手段相结合的方式,才能有效做好职业病防治工作。
