| 摘 要： | 本文评价了对绍兴市城区高血压病人实施健康教育干预的效果。在实施干预措施一年以后，分别在干预社区和对照社区进行问卷调查。调查内容包括一般情况和高血压相关知识。调查结果表明：干预社区高血压病人的知识水平明显高于对照社区，干预社区高血压病人的相关行为也好于对照社区。但仅仅通过一年的干预，并不能够使干预社区高血压人群在以上方面都作出有益改变，需要在以后的工作中进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The study evaluated the effects of the health education intervention which were implemented in the hypertensives in urban area of Shaoxing city.After the intervention had been implemented for one year,the investigation was implemented in the tested group and contrast group.The questionnaire consisted of general situation and the Knowledge.Attitude and Practice on hypertension.Results showed that the level of the Knowledge on hypertension was higher in tested group.And the related practice of the hypertensives in tasted group was better than that in contrast group. But only by the intercession for one year, the all KAPS couldn' t be changed better in tested group. So we need to perfect the intervension and improve the effects of it. |
