滁州市实施现代结核病控制策略防治肺结核病1年效果分析

目的:探讨实施现代结核病控制策略防治肺结核病的效果.方法:对各县结核病防治机构上报的2002年和2003年中国结核病控制工作季报表进行统计.结果:实施现代结核病控制策略的县,在肺结核可疑者就诊率、活动性肺结核病人登记率、涂阳病人登记率以及治愈率等方面均比非项目县高.结论:实施现代结核病控制策略是结核病防治工作的有效措施,要控制结核病,必须全面实施现代结核病控制策略.

Effect Evaluation on implementing DOTS for pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control in Chunzhou

Objective To explore the evaluate effect of implementing DOTS for pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods Effect of DOTS was analyzed based on the Chinese pulmonary tuberculosis control work quarterly reports in 2002 and 2003 years form each county-lever pulmonary tuberculosis control organization. Results Active patient register rate and smear positive patient register rate and pulmonary tuberculosis cure arte had raised in implementing DOTS counties compared with non-DOTS counties. Conclusions Implementing DOTS was the most major control measure in order to control tuberculosis.
