| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医治疗老年性痴呆的疗效。方法：将180例患者随机分为治疗组90例，按中医辨证分型给予中药治疗；对照组90例，给予石杉碱甲片治疗。治疗12周，采用长谷川痴呆修正量表（HDS-R）和精神状态简易速检表（MMSE）观察治疗前后两组临床疗效。结果：两组总体疗效无显著性差异，但治疗组在语言理解、定向力、命令服从方面优于石杉碱甲片，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：中医辨证分型治疗老年性痴呆短期疗效优于石杉碱甲片。

| Abstract: | Objective：To find the advantage of TCM therapy in treatment of Alzheimer＇ s Disease （AD）. Methods： 180 cases of AD were randomly divided into a treatment group （ n = 90） treated by TCM therapy and a control group （ n = 90） treated with huperzine A for 12 weeks.Their clinical therapeutic effects treatment were assessed by the Hasegawa＇s Dementia Scale （HDS-R） and Mini Mental States Examination （MMSE）. Result：There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total therapeutic. Effects：The scores for language comprehend,orientation and order obey in the treatment group increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） after treatment. Conclusion：TCM therapy maybe have better efficacy than huperzine A in shotterm. |
