高分辨CT对慢性中耳乳突炎诊断价值的探讨

目的:探讨慢性中耳乳突炎HRCT特征及其诊断。方法:分析97耳慢性中耳乳突炎患者影像资料,与手术病理结果对照。结果:HRCT能清楚显示耳部正常影像解剖结构及其变异。97患耳HRCT诊断及分型和手术病理诊断基本吻合。结论:HRCT能准确的显示鼓室和/或乳突窦内软组织病灶的分布、形态及听小骨、鼓室壁及邻近重要结构的破坏情况,在慢性化脓性中耳炎诊断、分型及临床治疗方面有重要价值。

The research on the value of HRCT in diagnosis of chronic sup-prative otitis media

Objective: To evaluate the value of high resolution computed tomography(HRCT) in diagnosis of chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods:Clinical data and HRCT findings collected from 97 ears with chronic suppurative otitis media were retrospectively studied in comparison with surgical pathological exams.Results:Middle and internal auditory structures were clearly demonstrated on HRCT.Conclusion: HRCT can precisely manifest the location and shape of the soft tissue mass in tympanum and/or mastoid antrum and the destruction of auditory ossicles,wall of tympanum and important structures in temporal bone.therefore,HRCT has great value in diagnosis of choronic suppurative otitis media and in its classification.
