小脑桥脑角肿瘤碘油脑室造影74例分析

作者分析74例手术及临床证实的小脑桥脑角肿瘤碘油脑室造影图像,认为对小脑桥脑角肿瘤的定位诊断,有重要意义的是申脑导水管与第四脑室侧移和后移,有的病例井可见第四脑室上端的移位较第四脑室主体明显,使在前后位片中产生这两部份不连贯的影象。侧位片中第四脑室前缘有角度形成。上述征象在正、侧位片中可同时出现,亦可分别出现,占本组病例的63%。

AN ANALYSIS OF 74 CASES OF CEREBELLO-PONTINE ANGLE TUMOR WITH POSITIVE CONTRAST(PANTOPAQUE)VENTRICULOGRAPHY

An analysis of 74 surgically proved cases of cerebellopontile angle tumor withpositive contrast ventriculography(pantopaque)was made.The authors had demons-trated that the frequency of visualization of the cerebral aqueduct and the fourthventricle was 100%,so it was much higher than that in air study.As we knew,in air ventriculography of the cerebellopontile angle tumors,themain roentgen findings with diagnostic importance were the lateral and posteriordisplacement of the cerebral aqueduct and the fourth ventricle.But in pantopaqueventriculography,the authors found that,in addition,there were 63% of the ca-ses with the displacement of the upper end of the fourth ventricle which was moreapparent than its main lower part.Therefore,in antero-posterior view,the myodil-filled fourth ventricle appeared to be interrupted and not aligned.In the lateralview the fourth ventricle showed more acute angulation anteriorly.In a typicalcase,these changes were visualized both in antero-posterior and lateral views.
