| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨常规保肝药物联合WLGy-801型肝病治疗仪治疗抗结核药物性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法:118例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均应用"2H3R3Z3E3(S3)/4H3R3"方案抗结核化疗,对照组57例予以常规保肝治疗,观察组61例在常规保肝治疗的基础上联用WLGy-801型肝病治疗仪刺激相应穴位,疗程为1个月。结果:观察组临床症状的消失及SB、ALT、AST的复常率均优于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of ordinary liver protectant combined with WLGy-801 liver disease therapy instrument in treating patients with hepatic injury of antituberculosis drugs.Method: A total of 118 initial treatment cases with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,which all received antituberculosis therapy of 2H3R3Z3E3(S3)/4H3R3.The control group(n=57) received ordinary liver protectant therapy,and observation group(n=61)received combination therapy of liver protectant therapy and WLGy-801 liver disease therapy instrument.The course of treatment was one month.Result: The two groups are significantly different in disappearance of clinical symptom,and recover of SB,ALT,AST(P<0.05).Conclusion: Effect of combination therapy was obviously,safety,and was worth utilizing widely in clinic. |
