椎管重建在椎管内肿瘤手术中的应用

目的探讨椎管内肿瘤切除术中应用椎管重建的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2009年1月经手术切除病理切片证实的105例椎管内良性肿瘤的临床病例资料，分为两组：椎管重建组51例，非重建组54例，术后随访1．5～3年。结果椎管重建组术后平均住院日及卧床时间较非重建组缩短，其远期并发症如：椎管狭窄，椎体滑脱，脊髓压迫，神经根粘连，脊柱不稳等较非重建组明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论椎管内肿瘤切除手术中行椎管重建可有效的减少手术对于脊柱后部结构的损伤，更好的维护脊柱的稳定性，避免传统手术带来的多种并发症。

Application of vertebral canal reconstruction in the excision of intraspinal tumor

Objective To evaluate the effect of vertebral canal reconstruction in the excision of intraspinal tumor; Method 105 patients with intraspinal benign tumor from January, 2004 to January,2009, confirmed by pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 51 patients were used vertebral canal reconstruction,54 were not. All patients underwent follow-up from 1. 5 to 3 years. Result Cases with vertebral canal reconstruction had less time in hospital and the time lying in bed shorter than that of the other section, and the complication such as spinal stenosis, body of vertebra slippage, spinal compression, nerve root adherence, unstable spine and so on decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion During the excision of intraspinal tumor, vertebral canal reconstruction can reduce damage for posterior part of vertebrarium in the operation, protect the stability of vertebrarium and avoid all kinds of complications as in traditional excision of intraspinal tumor.
