联苯苄唑的抗真菌药敏试验、家兔实验及临床疗效

本文用纸片法药敏试验测定了联苯苄唑对24种重要医学真菌的抗真菌活性。在治疗17只家兔皮肤癣菌病模型中和治疗223例皮肤癣菌病人的随机双盲试验中比较了1％联苯苄唑乳剂及克霉唑乳剂和乳剂基质之疗效。联苯苄唑显示了广谱抗真菌活性,与克霉唑疗效无显著差别,但明显优于乳剂基质(P<0.05)。其局部耐受性好,副作用轻微。

Drug sensitivity test, rabbit experiment and clinical efficacy of bifonazole in antifungal activity

The antimycotic activity of bifonazole was studied in susceptibility tests with 24 species of clinically important fungi using the disc diffusion method.
