非创伤性股骨头坏死的流行病学研究进展

股骨头坏死是骨伤科的一种多发病、难治病,其病程长,致残率极高。而非创伤性股骨头坏死更是病因复杂,起病隐匿,常不能进行及时的诊断和治疗,随着病情加重,最终导致髋关节功能障碍,严重影响生活质量。本文对非创伤性股骨头坏死的流行病学研究进展进行综述,进一步了解非创伤性股骨头坏死的一般发病情况,明确主要致病因素的发病趋势,为其诊断提供更为全面的信息。

Research Progress of Epidemiology about Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head

As a frequently-occurring and refractoriness disease in orthopedic clinic, osteonecrosis of the femoral head has a long course and shy-high mutilation rate. Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head has more complex cause, and often can not be timely diagnosed and treated. With the worsened condition, it eventually leads to hip dysfunction,and seriously impacts on quality of life. In this paper,the research progress of epidemiology about non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head was reviewed to further understand the general incidence, clear the main trend in the incidence of pathogenic factors and provide more comprehensive information for the diagnosis.
