| 摘 要： | 本文对70例冠心病室性早搏与68例无明确心脏病患者的室性早搏进行了对照分析。结果表明心电图上有差异的指标为多源室性早搏、异常Q波,早搏后ST—T有改变以及合并复杂的房性早搏,但敏感性都低。故单从心电图上鉴别两类室性早搏意义不大;若平板运动试验及心功能检查有异常,则鉴别意义较大。

| Abstract: | In order to assess the clinical significance of VPBs, 70 cases of CAD and 68 cases with no evidence of heart disease associated with VPBs were studied. All underwent ambulatory ECG, treadmill stress test ( TST ) and quantification of LV function by recording CPT,PCG,ECG and M-mode echocardiogram simu-taneously. The results showed that VPBs associated with decreased LV function or increased grade at peak heart rate on TST were more common in CAD pa-ents. The form, extent and origin of VPBs were not significantly different be-tween the two groups. |
