急性脑血管病的心电图分析

目的:通过对急性脑血管病患者的心电图进行分析,探讨该病的心电图变化。方法:对282例急性脑血管病患者发病后1-6h内心电图的变化及治疗3w后心电图复查情况进行分析。结果:282例患者中,心电图异常202例,异常率71.63%;治疗后,179例痊愈、95例好转、8例死亡,274例存活患者中102例心电图异常,异常率37.23%;心电图异常主要表现为ST-T改变、窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、Q-T间期延长、室性早搏、U波改变等。结论:急性脑血管患者的心电图异常发生率高,临床上加强心电图的监测对指导治疗和改善预后具有非常重要的指导意义。

Analysis on ECG in 282 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases

Objective： To analyze ECG（Electrocardiogram） in 282 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods： The ECG of 282 patients with acute cerebrovascula disease was analyzed within 1~6h after onset and at 3w after treatment.Results： Among 282 Patients,there were 202 patients with abnormality of ECG,and the ratio of abnormality of ECG was 71.63%.After each treatment,there were 274 survivals with 179 curable cases,95 effective cases,and 8 death cases.Among 274 survivals,there were 102 patients with abnormality of ECG,and the ratio of abnormality of ECG was 37.23%.The abnormality of ECG was mainly abnormal ST-T,sinus bradycardia,sinus tachycardia,prolongation of Q-T interval,ventricular premature,abnormal U wave.Conclusion： The ratio of abnormality of ECG was high in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.It is significant to enhance ECG monitoring for these patients.
