彩超引导下经阴道穿刺治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效观察

目的探讨超声引导下经阴道穿刺治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对比腹腔镜下卵巢巧克力囊肿摘除术的疗效.方法 60例患者32例行B超下卵巢巧克力囊肿穿刺,28例行腹腔镜巧克力囊肿摘除术.结果超声穿刺卵巢巧克力囊肿手术创伤小,复发率低,不失为卵巢巧克力囊肿的最佳治疗方法之一.

Theraputic Survey of Treating Ovarian Chocolate Cyst by Vaginal Puncturing Under the Guidance of Color Doppler Sonography

Objective This paper was proved to discuss the curative effects of treating ovarian chocolate cyst by vaginal puncturing under the guidance of ultrasound and the results were compared with the excision of ovarian cyst under a peritoneoscopy.Methods We conducted this survey by selecting 60 patients.Results Of them 32 patients with chocolate cysts were punctured under ultrasound guidane and 28 patinats were excised under peritoneoscope.Conclusions After all,with less invasion and a low relapse rate,the puncture treatment may be regarded as one of the best treatments to ovarian chocolate cyst.
