苯那普利对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察苯那普利对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法：应用苯那普利治疗扩张型心肌病充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者36例，分别于治疗前及治疗后4周、8周判断其心功能（NYHA分级）及洋地黄中毒情况，并同时做超声心动图测定左室射血分散（EF），短轴缩短率（FS），左室舒张末内径（LDVd)等指标。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，且洋地黄中毒发生率减少。结论：苯那普利对扩张型心肌病CHF有明显疗效。

The effect of benazepril on treatment of congestive heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To observe the effect of benazepril on treatment of congestive heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods 36 patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) of dilated cardiomyopathy were treated with benazepril.The cardiac function(NYHA grade) and occurrence of digitalis toxicity were judged in four weeks before treatment and in eight weeks after treatment respectively,and the LVEF,FS,LVDd were tested simultaneously by echocardiography.Results The results showed that the effect in the treated group was far better than that in the control group.What is more,there was less incidence of digitalis toxicity.Conclusion It showed that the effect of benazepril was significant for CHF of dilated cardiomyopathy.
