肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染的彩色多普勒声像图特征

目的 探讨肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染患者的移植肾彩色多谱勒声像图特征。方法 用彩色多谱勒超声仪测定36例巨细胞病毒感染患者的移植肾体积、移植肾血流/面积百分比(BFAR)、叶间动脉最大血流速度(Vmax)及血管阻力(RI),并与肾移植术后正常经过的患者对比,同时,对比分析11例巨细胞病毒感染患者抗原转阴前后的BFAR值。结果 与术后正常患者比较,巨细胞病毒感染患者BFAR值降低(P<0.001),但移植肾体积、Vmax、RI均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。 结论 肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染患者移植肾血流量减少,监测移植肾BFAR值有助于了解治疗效果。

Color doppler and power doppler uitrasonography in renal transplant recipients with cytomegalovirus infection

Objective To investigate the features of color Doppler and Doppler ultrasonography of transplanted kidneys in patients with cytomegalovirus infections. Methods Color Doppler and Power Doppler ultrasonography was used to examine transplantde kidneys in 36 recipients with cytomegalovirus infection. The blood flow area ratios (BFAR), The volumes, the resistive indexes(RI), The peak flow velocities in parenchymal arteries (Vmax) were measured and compared with no complication (normal) cases. Results BFARwas lower in patients with cytomegalovirus infection than that in no complication (normal) cases (P<0. 001). But, There were no signifi-cant difference in volumes, Vmax, RI(P>0. 05). Conclusions The blood flows of transplanted kidneys were re-duced in patients with cytomegalovirus infection. To monitor BFAR of transplanted kidneys was contributed to e-valuate management effect.
