| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多西他赛联合顺铂+热疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的近期疗效、副作用和护理.方法 将65例晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为观察组(35例)、对照组(30例).观察组为多西他赛联合顺铂+热疗,对照组为单纯化疗.结果 观察组患者症状改善、毒副作用下降.对照组患者毒副作用提高,经对症处理后缓解.结论 热化疗可以有效治疗、改善症状,提高患者的生活质量,延长患者的生命.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect and nursing of Docetaxel combined with Cisplatin plus Hyperthermia on advanced ovarian cancer. Methods 65 patients were random divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given Docetaxel combined with Cisplatin plus Htyperthermia, and control group was given simple chemotherapy. Results The patients of observation group had been improved symptom and less side -effect, and in control group there were high side -effect after treatment. Conclusions Chemotherapy plus Hyperthermia can improve the curative effect, enhance the life quality and prolong the patients'survival time |
