真武汤加减治疗前列腺增生症的疗效观察

目的：观察真武汤加减治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法：将我在广州市海珠区石溪中医医院院门2011年1月～8月门诊接诊的59例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为两组，观察组30人，对照组29人，两组患者均符合前列腺增生的诊断标准，观察组患者给予真武汤加减治疗，对照组患者给予口服非那雄胺片治疗，治疗3个月后，观察两组患者的症状改善情况和临床有效率。结果：观察组患者显效17例，有效12例，无效1例，总有效率96.7%；对照组患者显效8例，有效11例，无效10例，总有效率65.5%。观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组，且P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：真武汤加减治疗前列腺增生的临床效果显著，疗效确切，有效率高，是治疗前列腺增生的有效方法。

Clinical efficacy on treating hyperplasia of prostate with the Zhenwu decoction

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Zhenwu decoction. Methods： 59 outpatient admissions with benign prostatic hyperplasia in Haizhu District of Guangzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital Stony Brook courtyard from January 2011 to August, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 30 cases, 29 cases in the control group, two groups patients met the diagnostic criteria for benign prostatic hyperplasia, the observation group was treated with Zhenwu decoction, the control group was treated with oral finasteride tablets, after three months of treatment, improvement of symptoms and clinical efficiency were observed. Results： 17 cases were markedly effective, effective in 12 cases, 1 case ineffective, the total efficiency was 96.7%; in the control group, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total efficiency of 65.5%. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and P〈0.05, statistically significant difference. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the Zhenwu decoction is significant in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia, high efficiency, is an effective method.
