黄连素联合匹维溴胺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

目的：观察黄连素联合匹维溴胺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：将腹泻型肠易激综合征患者86例随机分成对照组和治疗组各43例，对照组用匹维溴胺口服治疗，治疗组用黄连素联合匹维溴胺治疗。4周后比较两组治疗前后的临床症状改善情况。结果：治疗组有效率为90.7%，明显高于对照组76.7%，（P<0.05)。结论：黄连素联合匹维溴胺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with berberine plus pinaverium bromide

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the berberine united pinaverium amine in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 86 patients were randomly divided into control and treated group, 43 for each. The control group was given the pinaverium bromide oral treatment; while the treated group was given the berberine united pinaverium amine, the efficacy was evaluated after 4 weeks. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 90.7%, 76.7% in the control, the treated is significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The berberine united pinavefium amine was effective in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
