肺畅方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴抑郁患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨肺畅方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期伴抑郁患者的疗效。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究将64例重症肺炎患者简单随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组COPD规范治疗并合用黛力新抗抑郁，治疗组在此基础上加用肺畅方治疗，疗程为8周。结果：肺畅方及对照组在HAMD、SDS评分中均有显著降低，治疗组HAMD及SDS评分分别为（11.64±5.10）和（44.52±6.67），下降程度显著优于对照组（15.47±3.56）和（49.51±5.23），治疗组总有效率为89.67%（26/29），显效14例，有效12例，无效3例；明显高于对照组76.67%（23/30），显效10例，有效13例，无效7例。差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在肺畅方对于改善COPD合并抑郁症患者的抑郁状态有良好的疗效，有较好的安全性。

Clinial observation of the Feichang recipe on treating COPD combined with depression

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Feichang recipe on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） combined with depression. Methods： 64 cases of COPD accompanied with depression were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The patients of the treated group had been treated with Feichang recipe on the base of routine medicine treatment and flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The control group only received routine medicine treatment and flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The treatment course of 2 groups was 8weeks. Results： Both methods improve the HAMD score and SDS score, but the score of HAMD and SDS of treated group （11.64±5.10） and （44.52±6.67） were both lower significantly than that of control group （15.47±3.56） and （49.51± 5.23） （P0.05）. Conclusion： Feichang recipe had reasonable effect on COPD combined with depression.
