王氏脱敏定喘汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

目的：观察王氏脱敏定喘汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例，两组均予西医常规治疗，治疗组加服王氏脱敏定喘汤，治疗时间均为28d，临床观察两组总体治疗效果，单项症状改善情况，药物治疗副作用。1年后随访，对比两组复发率。结果：A 组研究组总体治疗效果，单项症状改善情况均优于B组对照组（P<0.05），B组对照组药物副作用发生率高于A组研究组。1年后随访，B组对照组复发率显著高于A组研究组（P<0.05）。结论：王氏脱敏定喘汤对于临床由多环节所引发的咳嗽变异性哮喘有良好的治疗效果，疗效确切，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical research on treating cough variant asthma with the desensitization Dingchuan decoction of Wangshi

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treating cough variant asthma with the desensitization Dingchuan decoction of Wangshi. Methods： 80 patients were divided into two groups, 40 for each. The control group was given conventional treatment; while the treated group was given the desensitization Dingchuan decoction of Wangshi more. The treatment lasted for 28 days, investigate the total efficacy, the individual improvement of symptoms and the medication side effects. 1 year follow-up, the recurrence rate between two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was significantly higher; after 1 year follow-up, the incidence of side effects in the control group was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The desensitization Dingchuan decoction of Wangshi was effective in treating cough variant asthma, worthy of a wide application.
