自身免疫调节法控制强直性脊柱炎病情发展疗效观察

目的:给予患强直性脊柱炎患者中西药物结合内服法与在此基础上辅以自身免疫调节法两种治疗手段,研讨自身免疫调节法在控制该病发展上的临床意义。方法:将我院接诊的107例患者作为此次研讨主体,按其治疗手段不同区分为对照组与实验组,对照组51例患者给予中西药物结合治疗,实验组56例患者在中西药物结合治疗基础上,辅以自身免疫调节法治疗;对两组患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果:经一个疗程的治疗后,两组患者晨僵时间均有明显下降,且实验组下降时间和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);在红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白方面,两组患者在用药后均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对患强直性脊柱炎患者,在利用中西药物进行全身综合治疗的同时,可通过实施自身免疫调节法提高疗效,缓解患者病痛。

Efficacy observation on controlling ankylosing spondylitis by the autoimmune regulator method

Objective： The patients were given the integrative medicine oral therapy plus the autoimmune regulator method, and investigate clinical effects of the autoimmune regulator method on treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 107 patients were divided into two groups, 51 in the control, and others in the treated. The control group was given the integrative medicine oral therapy, while the treated group was given the autoimmune regulator method more, compared clinical results. Results： After 1 course of treatment, two groups both had effect, but the treated group was significantly different from the control group （P〈0.05）, In the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein, two groups were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine oral therapy plus the autoimmune regulator method was effective in treating ankylosing spondylitis.
