中医综合疗法联合无创正压通气治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭98例临床疗效观察

目的：观察中医综合疗法联合无创正压通气治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选择我院在2009年4月～2012年12月收治的188例COPD并呼吸衰竭患者，分别给予中医综合疗法联合无创正压通气（观察组，n＝98）或无创正压通气（对照组，n＝90）治疗，并比较分析它们的疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组患者肺功能改善情况、PaO2和 PaCO2都显著地优于对照组患者。结论：中医综合疗法联合无创正压通气治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭疗效确切、安全，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating 98 cases of COPD with respiratory failure in TCM therapy plus non-invasive positive pressure ventilation

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM therapy combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on treating COPD with respiratory failure. Methods： To analyze the clinical effects and safety of the TCM therapy combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation （observation group, n=98） or non-invasive positive pressure ventilation （control group, n=90） for treatment of 188 cases with COPD with respiratory failure in our hospital from April 2009 to December 2012. Results： After treatment, the improve lung function, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion： TCM medicine therapy combined with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure is efficacy, safety. It is worthy to be popularized.
