清金化痰汤联合西药治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的疗效分析

目的：研究清金化痰汤联合西药治疗鲍曼不动杆菌的临床效果。方法：将我院ICU于2009年1月～2012年3月收治的40例感染鲍曼不动杆菌的肺炎患者随机分为两组，其中对照组20例单用西药治疗，观察组20例使用清金化痰汤联合西药治疗。比较两组患者症状改善时间，并评价疗效。结果：对照组患者病情好转所需时间多于观察组，且总有效率为73.3%低于观察组的93.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对感染多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的肺炎患者采用清金化痰汤联合西药治疗，疗效显著，患者预后良好，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of the Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with modem medicine in treating multi-medicine resistant acinetobacter baumannii

Objective： To analysis the clinical effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with modem medicine in treating multi-medicine resistant acinetobacter baumannii. Methods： 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups from January 2009 to March 2012 in our hospital, 20 cases in control group was given modem medicine, 20 cases in observation group was given Qingjin Huatan decoction. Comparing the two groups of patients with symptoms improve time and evaluate the effect. Results： The total efficiency was 73.3% in the control group, which is lower than the observation group （93.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There is a significant effect of the Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with medicine therapy on treating multi-medicine resistant acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia patients, which is worth for clinical application.
