活络效灵丹合芍药甘草汤治疗坐骨神经痛疗效观察

目的：活络效灵丹合芍药甘草汤治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效观察。方法：将60例坐骨神痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例采用活络效灵丹合芍药甘草汤加减治疗；对照组30例采用芬必得、维生素B1、维生素B12治疗。结果：以15d为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效，治疗组总有效率93.33%，对照组63.33%，两组对比，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.01）。

Clinical observation on treating sciatica with the Huoluo Xiaoling immortality plus the Shaoyao Gancao decoction

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Huoluo Xiaoling immortality plus the Shaoyao Gancao decoction in treating sciatica. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treated group, 30 for each. The treated group was given the Huoluo Xiaoling immortality plus the Shaoyao Gancao decoction, while the control was given the fenbid, Vitamin BI and B12. Results： 15 days for a course, count the effect after 2 courses. The total efficiency in the treated group was 93.33%, 63.33% in the control, the treated group is significantly higher （P〈0.01）.
