下肢丹毒中医药内外合治的临床效果观察

目的：观察下肢丹毒患者中药内外合治的临床效果。方法：对我院2011年2月～2013年2月收治的64例下肢丹毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92.8%，对照组患者治疗的总有效率为75%。和对照组相比，观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高，二者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的复发率为6.3%，对照组患者的复发率为25%。和对照组相比，观察组患者的复发率较高，二者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：下肢丹毒患者中药内外合治能够显著提升对患者治疗的总有效率，同时有效降低复发率，具有良好的临床效果，值得在临床广为推广。

Clinical observation on treating lower limb erysipelas in TCM internal and external therapy

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM internal and external therapy in treating lower limb erysipelas. Methods： clinical data of 64 patients were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 92.8%; the control group was 75%. In the observation group, the total efficiency of treatment was higher. The recurrence rate was 6.3% in the observation group, another was 25%. Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate was higher in observation group, there was a significant difference （P0.05） in two groups. Conclusion： There is a significantly improved clinical effect in TCM internal and external therapy, which effectively reduces the recurrence rate, and is worthy of a wide clinical application.
