雷贝拉唑联合舒胃降浊汤治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

目的：观察雷贝拉唑联合舒胃降浊汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：80例反流性食管炎患者随机分为对照和治疗组。对照组予雷贝拉唑（20mg/次，1次/d）治疗，治疗组予雷贝拉唑联合舒胃降浊汤加减治疗，两组均以8周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组的总有效率为92.5%，对照组的总有效率为75%，治疗组优于对照组，两者的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：雷贝拉唑联合自拟舒胃降浊汤，对治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著，值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating RE with ray bella plus the Weishu Jiangzhuo decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ray bella plus Weishu Jiangzhuo decoction in treating reflux esophagitis （RE） Methods： 80 patients with RE were randomly divided into control and treated groups. The control group was treated with ray bella （20mg every time, once daily） therapy; while the treated group was given ray Bella plus Weishu treating Jiangzhuo decoction, 8 weeks for a course of treatment. Results： The total efficacy rate in the treated group was 92.5%, 75%in the control, the treated group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ray bella with combination of self Weishu Jiangzhuo decoction, significantly in the treatment of RE curative effect, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
