米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效分析

目的：探讨米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法：将2009年1月～2012年6月在我院住院治疗的50例具备保守治疗的输卵管妊娠患者随机分为两组。每组25例,第1组口服米非司酮50mg,q12h连服5d,总剂量500mg,同时口服中药煎液,第2组单纯口服米非司酮,剂量同第1组。观察两组的疗效。结果：第1组25例中治疗成功20例,成功率80%;第2组治疗成功率15例,成功率60%,（P〈0.05）。结论：米非司酮联合中药是输卵管妊娠保守治疗一种有效、安全的方法。

The effect of mifepristone and TCM in treating ectopic pregnancy

Objective：To observe the effect of mifepristone and TCM in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Mehods：50 patients with ectopic pregnancy collected from Janrary 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,25 patients in each group.Patients in the first group received oral administration of mifepristont with additional TCM.Patients in the second group received oral administration of mifepristone only.The effects in the two groups were compared.Results：The effective rate in the first group （20/25,80%） was higher than that in the second group （15/25,60%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Mifepristone combination with TCM is an effective and safe regimen in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
