龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗湿热蕴结型慢性前列腺炎62例疗效观察

目的：探讨采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗湿热蕴结型慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法：本文研究将选择笔者近3年来诊治的62例湿热蕴结型慢性前列腺炎患者，采用龙胆泻肝汤加减进行临床治疗并观察治疗效果。结果：本组患者经1个疗程的治疗，其中治愈22例（35．48％），显效27例（43．55％），有效9例（14．52％），无效4例（6．45％）。结论：对于湿热蕴结型慢性前列腺炎的治疗，临床运用龙胆泻肝汤加减不仅疗效显著，同时治疗时间短，毒副反应少，值得，临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating 62 cases of chronic prostatitis of Shire Yunjie type with the Longdan Xiegan decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction in treating chronic prostatitis of Shire Yunjie type. Methods： 62 cases of chronic prostatitis of Shire Yunjie type were treated with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results： After treatment for a treatment course, 22 cases were cured （35.48%）, 27 cases were significantly effective （43.55%）, 9 cases were effective （14.52%）, and 4 cases were ineffective （6.45%）. Conclusion： Modified Longdan Xiegan decoction was effective in treating chronic prostatitis of Shire Ytmjie type, with short treatment time and little side effects, worth a wide application.
