HPLC测定护肝宁丸中虎杖苷的含量

目的：建立复方制剂护肝宁丸中的有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定方法。方法：HPLC法。色谱条件：色谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18（4.6×250nm 5μm），以乙腈-水（20∶80）为流动相；检测波长：306nm；流速：1.0ml/min。结果：虎杖苷在0.1692～1.269μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r＝0.9996，平均回收率为98.29℅，RSD为0.79℅。结论：本测定方法简便可行，重复性好，可用于本制剂中有效成分虎杖苷的含量测定。

Determination of polydatin in Huganning pills by HPLC

Objective： To determine the concents of baicalin in polydatin in Huganning Pills. Methods： The HPLC method was established for the determination of polydatin in Huganning pills. The column is ZORBAX SB-C18 （4.6 × 250mm 5μm）, mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water （20 ; 80）, and the flow rare was 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength is 306nm. Results： A better Liner relation was obtained form 0.1692 to 1.2691xg of polydatin for plasma with a good correlation coefficient; r=0.9996, the average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was 98.29%, RSD was 0.79%, the method has good precision repeatability. Conclusion： This method is simple, and quick.it can be used as quality control in Huganning pills.
