糖尿病肾病中医证候研究进展

目的：探讨糖尿病肾病中医证候研究进展。方法：分别从传统中DN医理论分型、DN西医分期分型、中医证型与现代医学关系研究三大方面进行分析。结果：总结出DN的发生发展关键在肾，气虚血瘀是DN的基本病机，肾阳虚是其发展趋势和最终结局。结论：在未来的治疗中应该充分考虑到证候的复杂性特征，以便对糖尿病肾病采取及早的干预治疗，以便从最大程度上减少糖尿病肾病的发生率和发生终末期糖尿病肾病的机会，提高糖尿病病人的生存质量，减轻患者和社会的经济负担。

Research review of TCM in treating DN

Objective： Research on the review in treating the diabetic nephropathy （DN） by TCM. Methods： From the traditional theory of DN medical type, the DN modem installments typing, analysis of TCM syndrome and study three aspects of modem medicine relations. Results： The occurrence and development key of DN was the kidney, the basic pathogenesis of DN was Qixu Xuyu, the trend of development and the final outcome was insufficiency of kidney-YANG Conclusion： In the future treatment should fully consider the characteristics of the syndrome, in order to take early intervention treatment of DN, in order to minimize the incidence of DN and end-stage DN, improve diabetes the patient＇s quality of life, reduce the financial burden of patients and society.
