祛风泻火化瘀汤治疗三叉神经痛的临床研究

目的：探讨运用中医中药治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法：治疗组采用自拟祛风泻火化瘀汤治疗，对照组采用口服卡马西平片治疗，进行疗效评价与比较。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率无显著性差异（P>0.05），但治疗组患者治疗后的痊愈显率分别为47.37%和39.47%，明显高于对照组的23.68%和18.42%，两组数据经统计学分析均有显著性差异（P均<0.05）。结论：采用中药治疗三叉神经痛，具有良好临床疗效，值得临床推广。

Clinical research on treating trigeminal neuralgia with the Qufeng Xiehuo Huayu decoction

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Qufeng Xiehuo Huayu decoction on treating trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： The treated group was given the Qufeng Xiehuo Huayu decoction, while the control was given Carbamazepine, the effect of two groups were compared. Results： There were no significant difference between two groups in effecting rate, but the treated group was significant higher in curing rat. Conclusion： The Qufeng Xiehuo Huayu decoction was effective in treating trigeminal neuralgia.
