手法整复小夹板外固定配合悬吊牵引治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床观察

目的：探讨手法整复小夹板外固定配合悬吊复位治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：2010年1月～2011年12月,对100例桡骨远端骨折患者采用手法整复小夹板外固定配合悬吊牵引方案治疗,运用Green-OBrien腕关节评分标准评价治疗效果。结果：所有患者均获6个月以上随访,患者疼痛由治疗前的（11.3±2.7）缓解为（23.7±4.2）分,腕关节功能情况由治疗前（14.3±2.5）分改善为（22.7±2.3）分,活动范围由治疗前的（10.2±2.1）分改善为（19.3±3.7）分;握力由治疗前的（8.2±3.6）分增加为（23.1±4.3）分。结论：手法整复小夹板外固定配合悬吊牵引治疗桡骨远端骨折可以缓解疼痛,恢复腕关节功能,具有很好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating distal radius fractures with manipulative,small splint fixation combined with the suspension traction treatment

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of manipulative,small splint fixation combined with the suspension traction treatment on treating distal radius fractures.Methods：100 patients collected from January 2010 to December 2011 were treated with manipulative,small splint external fixation combined with suspension traction therapy.And Green-OBrien wrist score standard was used in the evaluation of therapeutic effect.Results：All patients were follow-up visited for at least 6 months.The pain score in patients with remission was （11.3±2.7） and improved to （23.7±4.2）,while the wrist function improved from （14.3±2.5）to （22.7±2.3）,and the range of activities improved （10.2±2.1） to （19.3±3.7）;and the grip strength increased from （8.2±3.6） to （23.1±4.3）.Conclusion：The manipulative,small splint fixation combined with the suspension traction can relieve pain,restore wrist function,and has good clinical curative effect.
