温针灸配合行为疗法治疗老年气虚便秘的护理研究

目的：探讨温针灸及行为疗法治疗老年气虚便秘的疗效及护理。方法：收集气虚型便秘患者80例，随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例，治疗组予以温针灸及行为疗法，中药内服，对照组给予中药内服，治疗结果：治疗组有效率95%，对照组有效率67.5%，经统计学处理中（P<0.01），结论：温针灸配合行为疗法治疗老年气虚便秘效果好，简单方便无副作用，可操作性强，经济实用，值得在临床推广应用。

Nursing research on treating elderly deficiency constipation with warm acupuncture plus behavioral therapy

Objective： Explore the efficacy and nursing of warm acupuncture and behavioral therapy in treating elderly deficiency constipation. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The control group was given TCM oral. The treated group was treated with warm acupuncture combined behavioral therapy and TCM oral. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group was 95%, the control group was 67.5%, the statistical treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture combined behavioral therapy was effiective on elderly deficiency constipation, worthy of a wide clinical application.
