基于中医证候学分析糖尿病肾病合并肾功能不全患者的治疗

目的：探究用中医证候学分析糖尿病肾病和肾功能不全患者的治疗。方法：选择我院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的糖尿病肾病和肾功能不全的患者，共收集到120例病例。随机分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均给予常规西药基础治疗，观察组在常规治疗上加以中医药辨证治疗；对照组在常规治疗上加以氯沙坦治疗。结果：观察组在肾功能指标改善明显，较对照组改善更为明显（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；在治疗效果方面，观察组在显效率和总有效率方面均显著高于对照组且差异显著（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：用中医证候学分析糖尿病肾病和肾功能不全的治疗取得了较好的临床效果，值得在临床上推广使用。

The treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy based on TCM syndrome

Objective： To investigate the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy based on TCM syndrome. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group; two groups of patients were given the conventional modern medicine foundation treatment, the observation group was given the conventional treatment combine with TCM treatment; the control group was given in the conventional treatment combine with losartan treatment. Results： In the observation group, renal fimction improved significantly compared with the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance; in the treatment effect, the significant efficiency and total efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Treatment base on TCM symptomatological analysis of diabetic nephropathy and renal insufficiency has good clinical effect, worthy of awide clinical application.
