| 摘 要： | 目的：观察温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将52例患者随机分为治疗组26例,行常规针刺后,予艾灸治疗;对照组26例,给予常规针刺。结果：经过1～3个疗程治疗后,温针灸组总有效率为92.3%;常规针刺组总有效率为80.7%;两组患者临床临床疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：温针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,疗效明显,值得临床使用。

Efficacy observation on treating neuralgia from herpes zoster with warmed needle acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy on treating neuralgia caused by herpes zoster with warmed needle acupuncture.Methods：52 patients were randomly divided into two groups,26 in each group.The treated group was given routine acupuncture and moxibustion,while the control group was given only routine acupuncture.Results：The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 92.3% and 80.7% respectively,with significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Warmed needle acupuncture had significant effect on neuralgia caused by herpes zoster,worthy a wide clinical application. |
