糖胃舒联合穴位埋线治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫38例临床观察

目的：观察糖胃舒联合穴位埋线疗法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的疗效。方法：将76例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予糖胃舒联合穴位埋线疗法治疗，对照组给予多潘立酮口服治疗，观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后中医症状积分。结果：治疗组显效率63.2%，总有效率94.7%。对照组显效率36.8%，总有效率71.1%。两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05），且中医症状积分比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：糖胃舒联合穴位埋线疗法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效满意，优于多潘立酮。

Clinical observation on treating 38 cases of diabetic gastroparesis by the Tangwei Shu capsule plus the catgut embedding therapy

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Tangwei Shu capsule combined with the catgut embedding therapy on treating diabetic gastroparesis. Methods： 76 patients were divided into two groups; the treated group was given the Tangwei Shu capsule combined with the catgut embedding therapy, while the control group was given the domperidone, comparing clinical results between two groups. Results： The significant efficiency in the treated group was 63.2%, 36.8% in the control. And the total efficiency of the treated group was 94.7%, significantly higher than that in the control 71.1% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tangwei Shu capsule combined with the catgut embedding therapy was significantly more effective than domperidone in treating chronic urticarial diabetic gastroparesis.
