| 摘 要： | 目的：观察梅花针联合拔罐等治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法：对照组：外擦阿昔洛韦软膏,依据病情轻重口服盐酸伐昔洛韦颗粒或静滴更昔洛韦;治疗组：在对照组的基础上给予梅花针联合拔罐治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组比较（P〈0.01）,说明两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论：梅花针联合拔罐治疗带状疱疹安全、有效,适合临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation on treating herpes zoster with pyonex and ventouse |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of pyonex combined with ventouse on treating herpes zoster.Methods：The control group was given Aciclovir for external use and given valaciclovir hydrochlordide granula orally or Ganciclovir for injection based on the pathogenetic condition,while the treated group was given pyonex combined with ventouse therapy more.Results：The total effective rate in the treated group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 78.3%.Conclusion：Pyonex combined with ventouse had a significant effect on treating herpes zoster. |
