| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步探索综合多种方法治疗颈椎病的效果。方法：选择了44例中医辨证为痹痛型的颈椎病患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组各22例，对照组仅运用牵引疗法，治疗组在牵引的同时再结合推拿和内服中药进行治疗，两组比对观察临床效果。结果：两组治疗总有效率有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：牵引的同时结合推拿和内服中药治疗颈椎病，比单纯运用牵引法治疗更为有效，具有进一步探讨应用的价值。

Effective observation on treating 44 cases of cervicalspondylosis by the traction therapy plus the massage and internal medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate clinical effects of combined different methods on treating cervical spondylosis. Methods： 44 patients were divided into two groups, 22 for each. The control group was given the traction therapy, while the treated group was given the massage and internal medicine more, comparing the clinical results. Results： The total efficiency was significantly different between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The traction therapy plus the massage and internal medicine was effective in treating cervical spondylosis, worthy of a wide application. |
