沙参麦冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效分析

目的：探讨沙参麦冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效分析。方法：将我院收治的110例慢性支气管炎患者分为研究组60例和对照组50例。研究组采用沙参麦冬汤随证加减治疗，对照组给予止咳、平喘、吸氧、抗感染以及纠正酸中毒等常规治疗。结果：治疗后，研究组的总有效率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的总有效率85.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗慢性支气管炎，疗效显著，具有临床应用价值。

An effect analysis of treating chronic bronchitis with the Shashen Maidong decoction

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the modified Shashen Maidong decoction on treating chronic bronchitis. Methods： 110 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups, study group of 60 patients, and a control group of 50 patients. The study group was given the modified Shashen Maidong decoction,while the control group was given relieve a cough, calm asthma, oxygen inhalation, anti-infection, and correction of acidosis and other conventional treatment. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency in the study group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shashen Maidong decoction was significantly effective on chronic bronchitis, has the value of clinical application.
