中药联合顺铂治疗老年恶性胸腔积液32例疗效观察

目的：观察自拟温阳泻胸汤和顺铂联合治疗老年恶性胸腔积液32例的疗效和毒性。方法：首先胸腔置管下分次引尽积液，然后顺铂50mg/m2，胸腔内注射，第1、8d，每21d重复。同时服用自拟温阳泻胸汤1剂/d，水煎服。1个月为1个疗程，连续服用2～4个疗程。结果：完全缓解（CR）10例，部分缓解（PR）19例，总有效率（CR＋PR）；90.6%，中位生存期（MST）12.5个月。主要毒性为I～II度骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论：自拟温阳泻胸汤和顺铂联合治疗老年恶性胸腔积液，毒副反应轻，能提高患者生存质量及生存期。

Effect observation on treating 32 cases of elderly malignant pleural effusion in TCM plus cisplatin

Objective： To observe the effects of the self-made Wenyang Xiexiong decoction with cisplatin on treating 32 cases of elderly malignant pleural effusion. First chest tube under graded cited best effusion, and cisplatin 50mg/m2 intrapleural injection, on the first day and the eighth day, to repeat per 21 days. Results： The complete remission （CR） for 10 patients, a partial response （PR） for 19 cases, total efficiency （CR＋PR） was 90.6%; median survival time （MST） was 12.5 months. The main toxicity was grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion： The self-made Wenyang Xiexiong decoction with cisplatin treatment has little side effects and can improve the patient＇s quality of life and survival time.
