疏肝健脾丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的疗效观察

目的：观察应用自拟中药方“疏肝健脾丸”治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的50例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例，治疗组给予自拟中药方“疏肝健脾丸”治疗，对照组给予拉米夫定（LAM）治疗，以连续治疗6个月为1个疗程，疗程结束后随访3个月，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率、ALT、AST、胁痛、纳差及乏力均较对照组改善明显（P<0.01），具有统计学意义。结论：应用自拟中药方“疏肝健脾丸”治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证效果理想，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect on treating the liver stagnation and spleen asthenia syndrome of chronic hepatitis B with the Shugan Jianpi pill

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Shugan Jianpi pill. Methods： 50 cases of chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were chosen as the object of study, were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, 25 cases in each group, the treated group was treated with the Shugan Jianpi pills, while the control group was given to Lamivudine （LAM） treatment, continuous 6 months of treatment for 1 course, followed-up for 3 months after treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results： The total efficiency, ALT, AST, flank pain, anorexia and fatigue in the treated group were improved significantly than those in the control group （P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The efficacy of Shugan Jianpi pill are satisfactory in treating the liver stagnation and spleen asthenia syndrome of chronic hepatitis B, it was worthy of popularization and application.
