穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期（肺肾气虚证）的疗效观察与护理

目的：观察中药穴位敷贴疗法在防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效。方法：将200例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组予口服茶碱缓释胶囊0.25g bid治疗，治疗组予口服茶碱缓释胶囊0.25g bid加用中药穴位敷贴治疗。结果：两组治疗3年后比较，治疗组效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者常规采用中药穴位敷贴治疗，能有效减少慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作次数。

Clinical observation and nursing for treating COPD remission with point application

Objective： To observe the efficacy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase treated with point application. Methods： 200 cases of COPD in stable phase were divided into two groups randomly, named control group and treatment group,100 in each one. In control group, oraling theophylline sustained-release capsules was applied. In treatment group point application was given besides oraling theophylline sustained-release capsules. Results ： After 3 years two group were compared; the treating group was better and difference is significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application of TCM, can effectively reduce the times of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
