| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨雾化吸入布地奈德治疗急性感染性喉炎的疗效。方法：将急性喉炎患儿198例随机分为两组，对照组102例，治疗组96例。将两组于治疗后12h、24h、36h后，声音嘶哑、吸气性喉鸣、犬吠样咳嗽症状缓解的有效率进行分析。结果：布地奈德雾化吸入治疗组喉炎症状得到缓解的有效率显著高于对照组的数值。结论：雾化吸入布地奈德治疗急性感染性喉炎疗效优于对照组。

Clinical observation on treating acute infectious laryngitis with budesonide by atomized inhalation |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect ofbudesonide by atomized inhalation on treating acute infectious laryngitis. Methods： 198 cases with acute laryngitis were randomly divided into two groups, 102 cases in the control group, and 96 cases in the treated group. The efficiency of reUeving hoarseness, the inspiratory Houming, bark-like cough symptoms was analyzed after 12 hours, 24 hours, and 36 hours. Results： The efficiency of the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： The clinical effect ofbudesonide by atomized inhalation on treating acute infectious laryngitis is effective than the control group. |
