中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变30例临床体会

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法：选取符合条件的患者60例，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30例，其中治疗组予以中西医结合治疗，对照组予以常规西医治疗，疗程2个月，疗程结束后行疗效比较。结果：治疗组在临床疗效、神经功能改善方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床疗效确切，适宜推广应用。

Clinical experience for treating 30 cases of diabetic peripheral vasculopathy in the integrative medicine

Obiective： To study the clinical effect on treating diabetic peripheral vasculopathy in the integrative medicine. Methods： Select 60 suitable patients and divide them into the treated group and control group by random, 30 for each group; giving combined treatment to the treated group while giving only modem medicine treatment to the control group for the course of treatment of 2 months, and compare the effect after the treatment course is over. Results： The treatment on the treated group was obvious better than the control group in clinical effect and neurologic improvement （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of diabetic peripheral vasculopathy by combined treatment of the integrative medicine was curative, and suitable for popularization and application.
