小柴胡汤改善达那唑治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜所致副作用的临床研究

目的：小柴胡汤改善达那唑治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜所致副作用的研究。方法：应用小柴胡汤的抗急性肝损伤、类激素样作用以及作用于半表半里（肌肤、腠理之间）调和阴阳的独特功能,配合达那唑治疗ITP进行了临床研究,采用随机单盲分为治疗组和对照组,纳入我院门诊及住院患者61例。对照组应用达那唑口服：600～800mg/d,分3～4次,出血明显者给予止血药物,甚者可输注血小板悬液;治疗组在上述方法的基础上并用小柴胡汤加味。两组病例最低连续服用2个月,无效后停药选择其它方法治疗（统计按无效）。随访最低≥6个月。观察结束,收集临床资料采用SPSSl1.0软件进行数据处理。结论：不论从治疗效果还是药物副作用方面,治疗组均优于对照组。

Clinical research on the Xiaochaihu decoction in improving the side effect from Danazol treating chronic ITP

Objective：To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on improving the side effect from Danazol treating chronic immunologic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods：Xiaochaihu decoction was used to treat half exterior and half interior and harmonize yinyang,combined with Danazol in ITP treatment.61 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given Danazol orally,while the treatment group was given Xiaochaihu decoction more.All the patients were follow-up visited for at least six months.Results：The treatment group had better efficacy and less side effects than the control group.Conclusion：Xiaochaihu decoction was effective and safe in improving the side effect from Danazol treating chronic immunologic thrombocytopenic purpura.
